Conecuh Creek Quail – Shipping Policy
At Conecuh Creek Quail, we take great pride in carefully preparing and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition. Please read our shipping policy below before placing your order.

Order Processing:
All orders are processed in the order they are received. We ship fertile eggs Monday through Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Live birds are only shipped when weather and temperatures are safe for transport. Processing times may vary depending on seasonal demand and availability.

Shipping Method:
We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Mail for most shipments. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed by USPS or Conecuh Creek Quail.

Live Bird Shipping:
We only ship live birds when temperatures are between 40°F and 85°F during transit. Buyers are responsible for being available to receive birds immediately upon arrival. Birds left at the post office or in delivery boxes are not covered under our live arrival policy.

Fertile Eggs Shipping:
Fertile eggs are carefully packaged to reduce the risk of damage during transit. However, we cannot guarantee hatch rates due to variables outside our control such as handling during shipping and incubation conditions.

Damaged or Broken Items:
We do not offer refunds or replacements for eggs damaged during shipping. If your live birds arrive deceased, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and birds. We will review each case individually.

Shipping Insurance is available and recommended.
