Refund Policy

At Conecuh Creek Quail, we are committed to providing healthy birds and quality hatching eggs. Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and fertile eggs, all sales are considered final. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Fertile Eggs:
We do not offer refunds or replacements for eggs that are broken during shipping, delayed in transit, or fail to hatch. Once eggs leave our farm, we cannot control handling, temperature fluctuations, or incubation conditions, all of which impact hatch rates. We take great care in packaging to reduce breakage, but shipping risk is assumed by the buyer.

Live Birds:
Live birds are shipped only when weather conditions are safe. If any birds arrive deceased, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos of the box and the birds. Each situation will be reviewed individually. No refunds or replacements will be issued if birds are left unattended or not picked up promptly.

Deposits & Pre-Orders:
Deposits and pre-payments for custom orders, live birds, or hatching egg reservations are non-refundable, as these funds go toward caring for and preparing your order.

Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, as long as the order has not shipped. After that period, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.
